Great and not so great

I followed all the instructions to set up engraving and cutting for my new Falcon2. The Falcon was great but the software took hours to connect to lazer. In the end I went to light burn directly, not using any of the given links and had no problems. The package I paid for included the cover/ extractor, which was good quality but someone had removed 2 of the straight,plastic connectors so I’ve taped them together- it didn’t seem worth it to send it back for those.
I’m now learning and exploring techniques and using the Falcon with growing confidence. There are so many helpful videos and conversations to help😊
