Suitably impressed with the performance so far. It was a bit awcward to set up on my old computer but i mannaged to sort it out after a bit of research. I did send a few emails to ask for help but got no reply. The program itself is easy to navigate and simple to use. Maybe a bit more samples to practice on would have been nice but hey thats just me. The overall performance was excelent and the set up out of the box to ready to connect to computer took less than 10mins. I feel I paid a bit over the odds but i got it now and will soon get over it. Over all i am liking it and would recomend getting one for yourself. From what i have seen of a friends unit this one is by far a superior machine

Very happy with my purchase, minimal setup required and more or less works straight out of the box with great results. Just a couple of things to bear in mind which don't affect my 5* marking but worth knowing all the same. 1. To make the cutting process as straightforward as possible, you will need Lightburn software (or similar) which, after the 30 day trial period, currently costs £58. It's worth every penny as projects can be designed within the software and then sent straight to the cutter. 2. Although the Creality hood (which costs extra) is a good extra to get at the time of purchase, it's not a particularly good design as it makes accessing the controls and memory card slot more of a challenge. Also the extractor fan on the hood needs a separate power supply which is not included (any mains to USB phone charger will do). Other than that, can't fault it at the price.condimentum...
