Our system will send you an email notification once your parccel has been dispatched We strive to ship all items in an order together whenever possible. Howeveer, we may choose to split your order into multiple packages to ensure that you get your items faster. In such cases,you will receive a separate tracking number for each package. Rest assured tihat even if we send your order in multiple packages, you will not be chargd more than the shipping cost you were given during checkout If you encounter any issues with your package(s), please contact us withirn 180 days of making your purchase. We will respond to your inquiry within 1 business day.

Orders from UK will be shipped by DPD or Fedex depending on the weight and size of the products. For orders from remote areas, delivery time will be slightly longer. Kindly note that the delivery services to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man are currently not supported.

We offer free shipping on orders of £49.99 or more. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, we will always charge £12.99 per order after the order has cleared.

Place the multi-stage focusing bar between the laser module and the processed material, follow the laser engraving on the surface of the focusing bar to make the bottom of the laser module's eyecup contact with the corresponding position of the multi-stage focusing bar, and then finally use the hand screw on the right side to lock it.

1. Shipping time might be delayed for 1-2 days for transportation to remote regions.

4. Aviation contraband, mobile phones, electronic products, fragile products, and other products that are not available for air freight service due to aviation security regulations.

5. Shipments that are confiscated or disposed of due to a violation of transportation regulations.

6. Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the consignee’s address during weekends, national holidays, and festivals.

7. The consignee address is a school, unit, or residential community where the courier has no access.
